CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support

• Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones and

stakeholders

• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications

• Track tasks, deadlines, and key deliverables across projects

• Maintain organised digital filing systems and operational records

• Assist with email management and drafting professional correspondence


Operations Support

• Support day-to-day restaurant and head office operations

• Coordinate with site managers on operational follow-ups and action items

• Assist with supplier coordination, orders, and basic procurement tracking

• Help maintain compliance logs, documentation, and operational checklists

• Support opening projects, launches, and operational rollouts


Project & Business Support

• Assist in implementing new systems, processes, and operational improvements

• Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis

• Help track budgets, invoices, and simple financial reporting

• Coordinate across marketing, finance, HR, and operations teams as needed

• Support ad-hoc strategic and administrative projects for the Director
